If you can see the patch through the paint, the patch wasn't done right. Settling cracks, doorknob holes, water-damaged ceilings, and old plaster failures all need different repair approaches. We've handled them all and we know when a wall needs taping versus when it just needs a skim coat.
Yes — and we need to be sure the leak is fixed first. Painting over wet drywall traps moisture and grows mold. We're happy to coordinate with a plumber or roofer if needed.
In almost every case, yes. Knockdown, orange peel, and smooth are routine. Heavy hand-troweled textures take more time but we can match them.
